AmeriSpec was incorporated in 1987 in Orange County, CA and began offering home inspection franchises in 1988. Since its inception, AmeriSpec has conducted in excess of one million inspections. In 1996, AmeriSpec joined ServiceMaster’s Consumer Service Division as a wholly owned subsidiary of American Home Shield, the oldest and largest provider of home warranty contracts. Today, over 350 independently owned and operated businesses conduct over 150,000 AmeriSpec inspections annually in the U.S. and Canada

Technology assists us in much of our communication but "face-to-face" interaction is equally important to our communications effort.

Regional Conferences offer the opportunity for AmeriSpec Corporate and AmeriSpec Business Owners to meet in specific geographical areas. Regional Conferences are held three times in the Spring and three times in the Fall. These conferences offer a mix of technical and business management topics for our inspectors and owners.

AmeriSpec's Annual International Convention promotes the relationship with AmeriSpec Corporate and AmeriSpec Business Owners in the US and Canada. This three day event encompasses marketing, operational and technical seminars and includes nationally recognized speakers. This well-attended event allows business owners to meet and share ideas, receive recognition for the previous year and have a great deal of FUN!!

AmeriSpec's Marketing Game Plan

During AmeriSpec's Annual International Convention, we roll out the company-wide marketing strategy for the coming 12 months. This detailed plan incorporates all of our planned marketing campaigns in one easy-to-read document.

At any time throughout the year, a business owner can review this marketing plan to determine what local efforts can be used to compliment the national effort.

The AmeriSpec Marketing Game Plan is funded entirely by the National Advertising Fund (NAF) with its sole purpose being to help grow name recognition for the AmeriSpec brand name.

AmeriSpec Business Consultant

The franchise support staff includes Business Consultants who work directly with business owners. Business Consultants help owners to execute an aggressive marketing strategy to grow and promote their individual businesses.
