Best of Mediterranean® is the first Mediterranean concept in the franchise world nationwide, an operation of a full service restaurant offering authentic Mediterranean cuisine featuring popular Middle Eastern dishes that Americans have grown to appreciate. Each restaurant will offer a menu of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern prepared dishes that include but are not limited to: A variety of salads, soups, appetizers, falafel, kabobs, gyros, vegetarian items, grilled meats, poultry and combination plates.

 

Everyday, more and more people are trying to check their carbohydrates and to check their fat intake. Best of Mediterranean® franchise offers a variety of homemade Middle Eastern dishes utilizing fresh ingredients that are made each day, consistent with our high standards of quality without added carbohydrates and fat.

The System is developed to offer customers a unique dining experience by offering authentic Mediterranean cuisine in a customer service oriented environment.    This is a casual dining restaurant that offers: Counter service, in-house seating, take-out, delivery and catering services.

 

Unlike other restaurants Best of Mediterranean® tantalizes all the senses. The grill is out in front of the customers where they hear the sizzle and smell the grilled fresh meats. Delicious bounties of crisp colorful vegetables dazzle the eyes. It’s a great atmosphere, people experience and love.

-What is the initial franchise fee?
The Initial Franchise Fee is $20,000 for a conversion model and $25,000 for a start-up model.

-What is the monthly royalty?
4% of gross revenue.

-What is the total estimated initial investment?
The total estimated initial investment required to begin operation of a Best of Mediterranean® Franchise ranges from $126,300 to $465.700 for a conversion model or from $197,100 - $574,700 for a start-up model. This includes the Initial Franchise Fee of $20,000 for a conversion model and $25,000 for a start-up model.

-Do you offer franchises to Area Developers?
Yes we also offer franchises to “Area Developers” who will open, operate and recruit franchisees to open and operate, franchises within a specific geographic area. Please contact us for estimated initial investment and the benefits of being an Area Developer for Best of Mediterranean®.

-Do I need food experience?
No, you just need a good attitude and a great work ethic, restaurant experience is a plus. Our team will assist you through the entire startup process and train you to operate your own restaurant using our proven operating system. If you follow our lead, work hard and take outstanding care of your customers, you will guarantee your successful future.

-What is a store’s average square footage?
Our concept works best in 1,200-2,000 square feet of space. If you find an excellent location with an unusual shape or size, our construction department can adapt our layout to meet almost any reasonable dimensions.

-How do I find a location for my restaurant?
We will combine your knowledge to your area with our expertise in site selection to assist you in picking the best location.

-Is it required for the owners to operate their own restaurant?
No. We strongly suggest that at least one investor works full-time in premise as the operator.

-What are the capital requirements?
You will need 20% of the total estimated initial investment of cash liquidity (cash and stocks) to effectively handle the start-up costs. You will be well-positioned to borrow the rest.

-Does the corporate office lend money to franchisees?
No, Best of Mediterranean® does not lend money to franchisees. We have relationships with a number of lending sources that provide SBA loans, non-SBA loans and options that allow you to invest in a new business using IRA or 401K monies without associated tax and penalties.

-How long does the franchise agreement last?
10 years with a 10-year renewal at your option.
